Two-step upload workflow

Shrink a PDF under a portal's upload limit

Make editable layers permanent first, then repack the document. The result is easier for strict portals to accept and carries less unused PDF structure.

Why this works differently

Most multi-step PDF instructions send you back to a file picker after every action. This recipe stores only the current handoff in your browser's private local database, deletes that handoff as soon as the next page claims it, and never sends document bytes to Filozy or a third party.

You remain in control: download at any step, leave the recipe, or use each tool on its own. A handoff abandoned in a closed tab expires after one hour and is deleted the next time a workflow opens, or when you clear site data.
